New drivers attending Montpelier High School, please contact our office at 419-682-4741 before signing up for Drivers Ed.

Choose a package below that best fits your needs.  Click the "BUY NOW" tab.  Once payment is made, click the "PRINT DRIVING FORMS" tab located below the "BUY NOW" tab. 

If choosing the "Online Plus Driving Package", the instructions for setting up the online course are located with the other forms to be printed and filled out. 

After printing the forms, please complete and email back to the office at nwohdrive@outlook.com.  Please either scan or forward a picture of the forms to us by email.  It is important that the driving school receives the paperwork back in a timely manner.  New drivers WILL NOT be added to the school's driving list until paperwork is received by the office.    Upon forwarding this paperwork, the office will confirm receipt of the paperwork back to you.

ONLINE STUDENTS:  Please forward a copy of your Online Certificate to the office upon completion of the online course.  This certificate will be emailed to you by the online provider approximately 3 business days after completion of the online course.   Check your junk/trash/spam folders if the certificate is not received in a timely manner.    Upon forwarding this certificate, the office will confirm receipt of the certificate back to you.

FREQUENT QUESTION:  WHEN WILL I DRIVE?

AFTER PAYMENT IS MADE AND FORMS ARE RECEIVED, THE STUDENT IS PLACED ON THE LIST.  THE STUDENT MUST COMPLETE THE 24 HOURS OF INSTRUCTION BEFORE GETTING IN THE CAR WITH US.  IF ALL OF THE CRITERIA ABOVE IS MET, THE STUDENT IS ON THE LIST TO DRIVE.  WHEN THE STUDENTS' TURN IS UP, THE PARENT OR STUDENT WILL RECEIVE A CALL OR TEXT TO SET UP THE DRIVE TIMES. 

The wait time differs throughout the year.  The best thing to do is get all of the requirements in as early as possible (forms, payment, and get the 24 hours of instruction done).
